Refunds & Return of goods

Any returns of goods are not acceptable because these goods are considered as perishables. We can issue refunds only in case we have sent wrong or expired items.

You can cancel or change your order if it has not yet entered the shipping process. Once the item has entered the shipping process, your order can no longer be cancelled. We do our best to get the orders out as quickly as possible and sometimes there is just a small window for making a change.
